A complete transformation of a former mall anchor tenant space, this project began with an 8,000-square-foot ground-up addition and a 20,000-square-foot hydraulic roof raise, a highly complex undertaking entrusted to us by the landlord. Upon completion of the shell redevelopment, our team delivered the full build-out of a 28,000-square-foot Dave & Buster’s entertainment venue within an aggressive 28-week schedule.

The project included the construction of a vibrant, multi-faceted guest environment featuring dining areas, bar space, arcade gaming zones, and the supporting back-of-house facilities required for seamless operations. Successful execution demanded extensive coordination among numerous trades, specialty contractors, equipment suppliers, and ownership stakeholders to ensure every element met the brand’s operational requirements and design standards.

Through strategic planning, proactive project management, and meticulous attention to detail, we delivered a high-quality entertainment destination that transformed an underutilized retail space.
