In 1984, Art Rectenwald Co-founded Rectenwald Brothers Construction, Inc. with the goal of providing unsurpassed retail construction services. The philosophy was and remains - to provide the same personal service and un-compromised craftsmanship instilled in him by his father, R.J. Rectenwald, Sr., who exemplified these qualities in his 40 years as proprietor of a small carpentry business.
In addition to managing the overall operation of the company, Art also serves as chief estimator and chief project manager. Having a passion for cutting edge technology, Art has implemented state of the art systems in all facets of the company’s daily operations. He has applied these new tools along with those time honored and indispensable tools of expertise, sound judgment and diligence, to make Rectenwald Brothers an industry leader as – evidenced by Art’s recent election by his peers to a position on the board of directors of the Retail Contractors Association.
